SUPREMIA GRUP assumes responsibility as a provider of quality and safe products for consumption. For this, we developed and implemented an integrated quality management system, in accordance with SR EN ISO 9001:2008, SR EN ISO 22000:2005, and FSSC 22 000, with Codex Alimentarius recommendations CAC/RCP-1.
By implementing requirements described above standards, the organization proves the ability of producing and delivering consistent and reliable products for consumption by preventing non-conformities in all stages of the product.
The main objectives in food quality and safety of our organization are:
* To deliver products to our customers under specified conditions and safe for consumption within the time limits in order to increase their satisfaction;
* Prevention of nonconformities in all phases of product realization, which will reduce scrap and customer complaints and increasing customer confidence in our company employees, the ability to make only quality products constantly;
* Training and motivating staff to continuously improve the quality and safety for consumers of our products;
* Maintaining and enlarging the market sector;
* Implementation of KAIZEN Management System.
