Taking into consideration the invitation of our partners Vel Pitar Company we had the honor to be invited at the National Symposium with International Participation „Tradition and modernism in the milling and bakery industry” organized by Milling and Bakery Specialists from Romania Association, Vel Pitar Group (bakery and milling), Institute of Food Bioresources in the period October 16 – 18, 2008.
